1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are governed by the Event Owner’s refund policy. TicketHub Africa is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly authorized by the Event Owner.
- If the Event Owner authorizes a refund, it may be processed through our platform and may take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
- To request a refund, please contact us at support@tickethubafrica.com with your ticket details, including the event name, ticket number, and proof of purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or significant change to the event, the Event Owner is responsible for notifying ticket holders.
- TicketHub Africa will assist in disseminating information provided by the Event Owner regarding cancellations or changes.
- Refunds or credits for cancelled or rescheduled events will be handled in accordance with the Event Owner’s policy.
3. Non-Refundable Tickets
- Certain tickets may be marked as non-refundable by the Event Owner. This information will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
- TicketHub Africa is not liable for disputes arising from non-refundable tickets.
4. Event Postponements and Changes
- If an event is postponed or significantly altered, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated by the Event Owner.

5. Service Fees
- TicketHub Africa’s service fees and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

- TicketHub Africa acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between ticket holders and Event Owners.
